# POST /v1/webhooks/{id}/deliveries/{deliveryId}/retry — Retry a Delivery

> Re-arm a failed delivery with a fresh attempt budget and an immediate first try.

The replay path for events lost to an outage on your side: re-queues a delivery that exhausted its retries, resetting the attempt counter so it gets the full ladder again rather than one attempt at the far end of it.

A delivery that already succeeded returns `409 already_delivered`.

**Authentication required.** Send your key as `Authorization: Bearer csb_pub_...`. A read key is enough — managing webhooks moves no money.
